  •   Microbial Ecology, Genomics and Pan-genomics research from Alpine and Polar ecosystems.
  •   Genome mining of secondary metabolites and bioactive compounds from extreme environments.
  •   Ecology and evolution of Candidate Phyla Radiation groups.
  •   NGS instrumentation, Large-scale genome sequence data analysis using supervised and machine learning    approaches.
