36th India International Trade Fair (IITF) (November14-27, 2016) was inaugurated by the President of India, ShriPranab Mukherjee on November 14, 2016 at Hamsadhwani Theatre, PragatiMaidan, New Delhi. 

At IITF, pavilion of Ministry of Earth Sciences was inaugurated by Dr.Madhavan Nair Rajeevan, Honourable Secretary, MoES. The pavilion was set up to show major activities of MoES institutes. From NCAOR, Dr. Swati Nagar, Project Scientist (outreach activities) participated to represent NCAOR major activities. ESSO-NCAOR stall was built on theme ‘Polar regions’. Schools from different states have participated. Besides, college students, researchers, and general public have visited the pavilion
