NCPOR is the nodal agency for the 7th India International Science Festival

NCPOR under the aegis of the Ministry of Earth Sciences is hosting the 7th India International Science Festival in Panaji, Goa from 10th to 13th December 2021. The organizers of the IISF 2021 are the Ministry of  Earth Sciences, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Vijnana Bharati. 

The theme of IISF 2021 is ‘Celebrating the Creativity in Science’. IISF 2021 will have twelve programs including the mega-science and technology expo. All the programs have been categorized according to the five pillars (Freedom Struggle, Ideas@75; Acheivements@75; Actions@75, and Resolves@75) as suggested by PM Shri. Narendra Modi. Thus reflecting the spirit and idea of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.  

The event will be organized in hybrid mode (virtual and physical). This will provide an ease to many interested people across India to attend the program virtually.
